Concerns about your hospital appointments

If you have any concerns over any aspect of health care you have received by Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, you can contact the Patient Relations Team on 0300 123 1732. The office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Out of hours a message can be left and the Patient Relations Team will contact you within two working days, with the exclusion of bank holidays. They can also be contacted at wah-tr.PALS@NHS.net.

Prepare for your hospital Appointment

My Planned Care gives you advice and support while you wait and helps you to prepare for your hospital consultation, treatment, or surgery. This includes giving you information about waiting times at your hospital and other supporting and local services while you wait.
