The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. Please be aware that the timescale for any over the counter requests are up to ONE MONTH.
We will try and complete the work requested as expediently as possible but please bear this in mind. Please ask for a request form from reception or email the request with the necessary information to stjohns@nhs.net.
