You can download the NHS APP (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) which is a simple and secure way to sign up and access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. There is no need to attend the practice to
Use the NHS App to:
- check your symptoms
- find out what to do when you need help urgently
- book and manage appointments at your GP surgery
- order repeat prescriptions
- register to be an organ donor
- choose how the NHS uses your data
- Access your medical records
Patient Access
You can request a repeat prescription online.
The online service is protected by the highest security and your details cannot be accessed by other people, providing you keep your registration details secure.
You are able to get access to booking appointments, ordering repeat medication and viewing your some of your medical records though Patient Access. To use the online service please ask one of our receptionists for an individual access and ID code.
All new patients registering with the surgery will automatically receive a logon and password.
If you are over 16, you can register for this online service.
In the future you will also be able to book GP appointments / cancel any appointments – please come to Reception with a form of photographic ID and ask for a registration form.
The NHS has produced patient information guides to help you understand how GP online services work and how you can take more control of your health. These can be ordered or downloaded.
